Liquid Level and Flow Controls

Hydrostatic Level Switches
The WellMark Series 685I, 685S, and 685M; Major Style liquid head pressure type level indicator (up to 7 independent switches). It continuously indicates the liquid level in an atmospheric (vented) tank in feet and inches. Available for calibration for horizontal cylindrical vessels or in pounds, gallons, barrels, percent, etc.
Pneumatic Liquid Level Switches
The WellMark 2001NB Series; Cemco Style liquid level control, designed with a Die Cast Aluminum control box, provides a rugged and versatile unit that is ideal for use on compressor scrubbers, separators and any production or process units that require liquid level control. Its proportional band and spring balanced displacement element allows for a wide range of adjust-ability for a variety of liquid level control requirements.
Electric Liquid Level Controls
The WellMark Series 790; Major Style side-mounted liquid level control which works on positive magnetic repulsion to complete and electrical circuit to pump, valve, alarm or other device, when the liquid level in the vessel rises (or lowers) to a predetermined point.
Chemical Injection Pumps
The WellMark Series CIP Chemical Injection Pump is a positive displacement pump used to inject chemicals into a line under pressure. Applications include injection of chemical into wellheads, pipelines, or batch process manufacturing. Examples include injecting: methanol into gas systems to prevent freezing; corrosion inhibitors, friction reducers, or scale inhibitors into pipelines; a liquid into a batch process as a chemical additive, or catalyst for produced product.
